Adam Pimley

Adam Pimley grew up on a wheat and barley farm in north central Montana, where he developed a deep appreciation for the land and its stewardship. He began his public service career nearly 20 years ago, contributing to major political campaigns for Governor Brian Schweitzer and U.S. Senator Jon Tester, with a focus on grassroots organizing and media strategy.

In 2007, Adam founded Sage Creek Solutions, helping clients—from local nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies—navigate government affairs and strategic outreach. Over the past six years, he has worked exclusively with conservation-focused nonprofits across the Western U.S.

Adam joined the Vashon-Maury Island Land Trust as Outreach Coordinator in 2025, bringing broad experience to supporting the Land Trust’s mission of protecting Vashon’s wild and working lands for generations to come.

He lives in Gold Beach with his wife, Rebecca, their two kids, and dog, Ruby.
